Training and preperations for a better clan

I have willingly volontered to help train any new recruits (and old recruits) to get better if they wish to seek to get better. I am looking for UMSes and thinking of ways to better aid me in my quest for dos_ to have some of the greatest members. I'm also looking at alot of diffrent maps to see which ones are best to teach a certain strat on. Even though i'm not in my prime right now i can still help out with learning new skills. But my rustyness is soon to fade, im going to be practicing countless hours my self to become a good player because we cant have a newb trying to teach new skills. I'm always keaping my eyes, ears, and most inportantly my mind open to come up with new ideas and strats vs a certain race with a certain race and just all around good strats, i'll be practicing with all races and watching, studying replays of gusu players to help aid me in what type of tactics i should help teach. If any one has any ideas on what i could do to train better, or some UMSes that may help out, please share them with me on this fourm. If you wish to be one of the people that wants to learn how to become better at the game then plz leave your name and the times in wich you are useally around. This is just here to aid my memory.

Holy Grounds- Tank drop/terran
Challenger- Tank, Volture drop/terran, Exspanding and scouting Skills
River Crossing- Defence tactics, why a ling rush would fail on a map like this, divide and concer skills
Dire Straights- Doing a drop on an island map
