OK, though I'm still unable to play StarCraft due to my monitor shitting the bucket, I will not be able to resume my position as Emperor immediately. However, as soon as I do get a new monitor, DoS will be hosting a clan-wide tournament. All members still active will be invited.
What's the point of this tournament?
This tournament will partially be used to help players get to know each other if they're normally inactive. It will also help me get to know the players better, and see their strategies. Finally, this will provide a chance for members to receive Tournament Points toward their next promotion. I will be conversing with the high council in the near future about plans for this tournament.
What sort of games will be involved in this tournament?
This tournament will include at least one ladder-style ("ladder-style" meaning they will be maps I make from scratch, however with low-minerals, and expansions) and UMS StarCraft map. If a third is made, it will be a second ladder-style map.
As for you WarCraft 3 fanatics, we will have to use some premade maps until I actually open my Warcraft 3 map editor and check it out.
How do I join this tournament?

I held a tournament not long after I took over DoS, which was friendly and fun for most. It wasn't extremely competitive, which is what this is going to be, however minor awards will be given out. I'm glad I'll finally be back soon, and hope to hear from you guys on suggestions!
