Too many d2jsp fails

anyone know how to decrease this message from showing up MyChar:Game Creation Failed. If this continues to occur, increase your dCreateGame time, and verify d2jsp is being loaded......this comes up alot for me, for instance i ran jsp all night and attempted to create 810 games and 133 of them failed. I dont think extending the dcreategame time is helping cause i doubled it to 120000
