Right now, I have three black Nintendo brand cube controllers.

I've always been interested in Wavebirds, but I was always set off by the $30 price. I've decided that it's time to try it out, but the question is, do I want to take a skinny dip, or dive right in?

Currently, the only games that require 4 controllers for multiplayer that I have are:

- F-Zero GX
- Donkey Konga
- Bomberman Generations
- XIII
- Pac-man Vs.

All of them are pretty much meh at multiplayer, except Pac-man Vs. or maybe Bomberman Generations, but even I question that.

Do I want to have three controllers only for 2 games worth playing?

To get my birds, I'm considering to sell the black cube controllers, but how many should I sell? Should I sell 1 or all 3 of them?

Also, I'm willing to get 2 birds, just for Soul Calibur II. I'm thinking Blockbuster will give me $10 for each used cube controller.

I want birds because rumble is something people do not notice. I mean CS doesn't have rumble, yet nobody really cares for that matter.

Wireless, however is something you can really enjoy. It makes the cube much more different than playing the PS2 or Xbox wired.

So the questions are:

- Do I want to sell my black cube controllers for the birds? If so, how many should I sell?
- Is ONLY Bomberman Generations worth keeping 4 controllers for?

=/ Dude. You ask some strange questions sometimes...

Myself, I've made the switch, completely, over to wireless. I use Wavebirds for my GC, and I have no wireless. I got a Pelican wireless controller for my GC, and it stinks the big one! In other words, the best wireless controller is the Wavebird, period!

I would probably still have one wired controller if my parents' blasted mutt hadn't chewed it up, but that's life for you. I have a 'standard' color Wavebird, and I'm going to be getting a platinum one, soon. If I were you (which I'm not), I'd sell off two of your black, wired for two Wavebirds or all three black, wired for two Wavebirds. The first option to keep the wired for sentimentality's sake and the second because Wavebirds are the best.

FYI: I agree on the rumble ;) I've never really liked it, and I've been using rumble since Nintendo created it with the Rumblepak for the N64. I don't miss it on the Wavebird :D
