As you can see, the website is registered to Blizzard Entertainment. And the website wasn't registered years ago, it was registered at 24/03/2006. I even heard that they actually bought this website from someone who already owned it. Blizzard are probably going around to try to buy all the domains they can before they announce the game, as it would be more expensive for them to buy domains after a upcoming announcement. Now, there is no reason a sane company would go and start buying up domains like that if they had no intention of using it. This combined with other interviews that can be read during multiple fansites is, to me, quite strong proof that Diablo3 will in fact happen. Cheers.
