Titels Plz reply :=)

Ye know the titels like slayer - Champion - Patriach ... was wondering if those are the only titels in game or can you get other titels maybe playing in a different way than normal ... i once downloaded a save, his titel was LORD something ... can anyone give a n00b some information please ... thank you :=)

if you play hardcore, there are special titles. other than that, no.
