Got any good tips for shooting while jumping?

I've seen guys pull it off all the time. I was in this one game and this guy kept jumpin and shootin me in the head. He was using a Deagle i think.

no, cheats don't change the game's core. lol. Don't jump and shoot. Jump, land, shoot, jump.
However, on de_Dust this one time, I was on terrorist side watching the bridge with an ak47. I jumped, shot 2 rounds, it went through a wall and shot the guy under the bridge in the head. That was probably my luckiest shot ever.

Speedy, omg hax.


I suggest using an m4 and for me, silenced seems calmer.

I like the Defender better than the ak, and I like the m4 more than the bullpup.

And when sniping, just use the first scope, second isnt necessary and you have to move to much to stay on target.

Ok, I finally found something that actually works...

Imagine this: you're approaching a corner slowly, and your enemy is also approaching from around the corner. Your enemy is crouch-moving toward the corner. Now, when you pop out and see your enemy, you jump and aim down at his head! Voila, instant kill.

I figured this out after someone pulled it on me three rounds in a row.

I know how to headshot while jumping..
MP5, I do it all the time... but my friend...
HE JUMPS WHILE USING AWP = HEADSHOT / BODYSHOT
No hacks I checked... He said its all about timing...

yeah, ive done it a few times...no scope even...well, the no scopes was luck, but when it comes to doing it the right way, hes right. its all timing. the best way to learn is to make a server that only you and a friend that doesnt mind idling get in, and do a LOT of testing. once you know how it functions, start letting him move around. when you get good at that, let him shoot the hell at you while your trying best way to learn.

I've seen people pull off the jumping AWP shot thing. They tried to show me how to do it, but I'm just too terrible with the friggin gun. I've done some testing with both the scout and the awp scopeless, though. AWP shots go basically anywhere, even when you're crouched and holding still. Scout shots are pretty accurate, but still not perfect.

@master, i started off only able to use the mp5 then progressed toward the m4a1...now i mostly use the awp. of course im mostly a fy_iceworld, so i have to work fast, so that helps a LOT when you can actually perch yourself in a real map and snipe. plus, im a whore with the deagle

Lol, my two cents on jumping and shooting: If you haven't practiced it, don't. Learn strafing before you try jumping and getting headshot's so easily, it helps. And Yes, IT IS AN AUG!!!
