Time for pindle

how can i minimize the time the bot needs for a pindle run ? i am often reading here that some of you kill pindle in 20 seconds. i am not even in the town in 30 seconds, so how can i speed up the run ?

I would also like to hear how people are getting 20 second runs. I remember my runs used to be a lot faster when I was using IPB (Infinite Pindle Bot - which is much better and faster than jed in my opinion). My runs are taking exactly a minute each. Comments?
