ummm...from what you said, I can narrow it down to either your computer or your connection. lol. which isn't really narrowing it down.

do a spyware+antivirus check
if thouse arnt the problem unconnect whatever you have and connect it again the next day

If those fail, do a Difrag. & a Scan Disk (scan Disk First)

Try searching google for a speed test. Search for "YOUR SPEED CONNECT HERE speed test". It may just be you need to turn off programs running in the background killing your connection(Spyware, Malware, Trojans&Worms). Try checking what processes your running in the background. If you find some that you don't want running or are not sure what it is... again search google for "Startup control panel"(controls what programs startup), and search the process name to see what it is.
