Skills-
Max Nova / TS / Lightnigh Mastery / Frozen Orb / 1 into cold mastery ( that is enuf.. +skills from items will get it high enuf cuz after about 10 it only goes up 1% which ISN"T worht it ) 1 into Shiver armor / 1 into Eng Shield.

Than you can put rest into Warmth / Static ( i'd even em out )

Stats -
Str- 144 ( this maybe different but keep it at this if ur gonna use Travs / Shako and StormShield)
Dex - none
Vita - 150
Eng - 250

now from here on u have a choice u can put more into Vita if you feel like doing cows or something after pindle.. or u can put some more into eng if all u do is pindle.

Items-
Pt Shako
Pt Tals armor
Tals ammy
Perfect 15% Tals Belt
IST'd Occy
2x Occy Rings
Storm Shield ( you can Pt this if you want.. or UM if u cant get 2 occy rings -- since Lightning / cold are most important resists . UM isn't really needed as Occy + 2 occy rings will max out cold / lightning )
Perfect 50% War travs
Perfect 40 % Chance Gloves

Charms- of course the BEST would be ( i only use up 3 columns for charms) 3 Lightning Skill charms each with 39 life( or 2 lightning and 1 cold.. or 2 cold and 1 lightning .. whatever you want ).. than either 3 7% MF Small charms or 3 20 life small charms.. up to you )

This would give you about 581 MF..
and + 13 all skills ( perhaps more depends on ur charms )

--this of course isn't cheap but it is the best i could come up with... at school hah... anyway wheni get home i may just put in a cheaper alternative setup--

i like it, but still i need the sojs to buy the shit, makin the sorc is easy enougth, but SS, wartravs, Tals Armor, IST's, etc cost soj which i dont have, what i want is a perfect sorc on a buget guide, but thx anyway, it good for when i can buy that gear

lol 4 sojs for an occy ring, I WISH! Anyway the energy you put into yoru sorc??? 250? i didn add one point into energy and i have 1068 from the items so why bother? I never run out the warmth prevents that of course. It just seems like over kill.

i just added eng until my Sorcs eng was about 300 with equip..lol never took off equip to s ee wut it acually was... and i made the mistake of putting too mnay into Static field and none into Warmth so maybe 250 isn't all that neccessary i'll have to check it out.. maybe 200/200 vita / eng might work out.

i'm looking for perfect tals belt and perfect war travs. i have lots to trade if you want. i got 3 tals armor, 2 wf's, 1 gf, 2 ss's, and a bunch of other junk to trade for them. =)

i regret adding so much energy to my stats. i should've put more into str so i could wear ss. my socr is lvl 96 with 139 str... =(
ss requires 156 str or something... =P i'm collecting str small charms now.. maybe i can get enough to add up to 156. >.<

i don't use frostburns. ya they would be helpful mana-wise, but i prefer perfect chance guards. they're not that hard to get.

i made a mega mana sorc, i had like 2.5k i think, or more
like 300 base nrg, which was like 670mana then -

frosties = +40%
2 soj = +50%
glooms trap = +10%
Slik Weaves = +15%
Lidless = +10%
does vipermagi have + to mana?
then there is the +to energy on shako, occy, lidess
and baout +80 to mana in charms.
kinda interresting, i could do like 100 lv 31 novas in a row with only lv 12 wamrth

that depends on ur resists... .. obviously an UM'd Lidless wouldn't be incredibly Bad ... but SS just has INCREDIBLE resists, DR ,, high Defense, and is good if ur lower lvl so u won't die but if you can Max cold / lite resists without SS than i think a Lidless would be just fine.. i might tweak my gear a bit to see how Lidless performs.. maybe get a few resist charms or soemthing.

best nagel rings you can get 18% or down is almost free
you can find a mf ammy in hell cows easy enough
Rhyme shield ShealEth gives 25%

all together for next to nothing you can have about 315% mf this should let you find things that are worth the sojs to get a better set up
