Things you like to see in RPGs

After i finish this small rpg i'm making, i plan on making a large multiplayer RPG. I want everything that people like to be in this RPG. So plz tell me what you guys like in your rpgs. Do you like the evolve levels? Percent/Upgrades levels? Open map? Path map? Plz give examples of maps and what was in it.

....heres a list:

1.) Changable endings(not just win/lose)
2.) Spells
3.) Open Map
4.) 255 upgrades
5.) 1 upgrade per X amount of kills
6.) different choice of units
7.) different paths to take
8.) different spells per player(depending on unit?)
9.) Have Fun

ok heres wahta i like to see hlf the map is temple stuff then the other ant thing eals u want like a foest

nice spelling wing ;)

What i want to see (i might have this in my current rpg, Worlds)

1) A story that doesn't stop when you don't complete a quest
2) Interactive environments
3) Units that "live" in the environment
4) An immense world that doesn't have a designated path you must follow
5) Training in a different way (not advancing to a new unit, or upgrading, but something totally new)
6) the ability to travel onto a different path (instead of helping those gay ass good guys constantly, why not be evil for half the game?)
7) Let the players have more to do than just the quests, make the game more fun!
8) A real world, not just an environment that is made for the quests, but a world that really has cities, that are re-used in the game
9) More fun in general.

how would a host choose units? What do you mean matrix.. do you mean:

The host can create units?
Also, most rpg's have computers as hosts of the game, players are the heroes.

that would be cheap, player 1 could give the other players the weakest heroes, and give himself the strongest....
