i was in a game, and this guy offered to trade me his zon torch for my sorc one. he ended up giving me a necro one, and refused to give mine back. So he said he'd give me a zon one from his other char, but he stole the necro one as well and gave me nothing. Is there anything i can do? His account name is "apoc2k4".

so he did not trade you what you had supposedly agreed upon.... (i say supposed due to the fact that most Bnet players seem truly incompetent at negotiating as well as many other things).

then u gave him back what u did recieve and let him run off with it?

well to trust him the furst time was a very risky move. the second time, after he scammed you the first time..., was just plain out stupid and newbish.

next thing you know, you are going to be complaining on the forums that some1 stole your acount cause you knew him a week and gave him your password.

Never give your password to anyone. Unless you know the person and see him or her in real life meaning taht he lives in your city. But trusting him a second time, NEVER trust him cuz he will mostlikely scam you again. Now taht you have commited the error learn from it and never do it again.

Haha my brother scams like that.. Go to a torch 4 torch game.. Then both people show torchs..Then they both show torch And then he say we can only hold one.. Then he drops his torch.. then the other guy trys to pick it up.. and notice he can only hold one.. So now my brother picks up his torch (on ground)... And says brb I need to go bo... Then he hides his torch somewhere... (cata,act2,act3,) etc... Lol he comes back .. with no torch.. then Tells the other guy to drop... "Comeon drop it.. I cant pick up.. I have a torch too.." Then he drops.. Then He pick up..*Boom free torch* then tell a friend to hold ur other torch (in cata,act2,act3) etc
