It was on one of the FAQs for WOW, when before the game was released.

I checked all FAQ's on the official site and I searched the forums, too. Couldn't find anything saying that WoW is/isn't the last WC game. But I found the quote I was talking about earlier on a big german WoW site inwow.de, in their inofficial FAQ I came across this:

Wird WoW das Ende der Warcraft-Serie sein?
Zitat von Katricia: "Warum sollten wir Warcraft beenden?"

Which means:

Is WoW going to be the end of the Warcraft series?
Katricia: "Why should we end Warcraft?"

Personally I think it would be a really stupid move to announce the end of WC before even releasing WoW since there is still a lot of money in the WC series. So I guess nobody knows if WC4 will ever come, not even Blizzard.
