The "what's a sticky thread?" question

if anyone is new to forums and really really want to know where to get a nice bot.... read the thread called "Important: JED/PINDLEBOT Questions??? CLICK HERE BEFORE POSTING!!"
this is for those of you who don't know what a "sticky thread" is... =P

How about I just change the name from "Important: " to "Sticky: " ???

its a sticky cause its stuck at the top of the forum. hence sticky thread.

thats what ive always known those things to be on forum boards.
