The 'void'??

how come when i exit from a game it puts me in the 'void' channel? that ever happen to you guys?

Does it do that every time? Then your key should be 'voided'. There is banned (temp banned too), voided, muted, and working fine.

I think mine did that every once in awhile, but very rarely.

mine does it every once in awhile, it doesnt keep me there cuz i can easily change channels, but once i quit a game im back in void...

It happens when the previous channel you were in fills up while you're in your game. When I'm in the trade channel and I agree on a trade with someone, we make a game and execute the trade. But since the trade channel is so popular, especially during peak hours, it often fills up (40 people) and I'm thrown into the Void. I can immediately change channels or enter games, so it's no big deal at all. Perhaps that's what you're experiencing.
