The mods

Ok I need to ask how do you make the mods work...For some reason I can't make any of the mods work! What do I do?

well you get the patch_d2 file that the mod is and make a copy of it..then u make a copy of the patch_d2 file in your d2 directory and put it in a safe spot.. then put the copy of the mod patch_d2 and put it in the d2 directory so it replaces the old one.. if you want to go back to normal put the copy of the patch_d2 you made of the original one and then replace that with the patch_d2 in ur directory

are you talking abour a d2hackit mod or r u talking about like a whole game mod or what. Please clarify

I guess both...I really wanted one of the mods that dropped pretty gold items and what not, but I'm not sure exactly how to work it.... I need step by step instructions to do it all properly. I don't need my comp. crashing cause I was stupid. So ya
