The Mini-Ubers

So yeah. I went back on LOD after playing Nez for about forever.

I saw that i had a H and T Key laying around. So i went and killed Nila a few times.

I got a D and decided i would try out the Sub-Ubers. My portal lead to Izual, i had no trouble at all getting to him, but once i starting fighting it wasnt so easy.

I have a hammerdian, i do 12k. I was hammering my ass off and his health didnt even move. I got pissed and tried everymove i had, none of them hurt him at all.

I died.

Rejoined and as i was joining thought. "Hey lets see what my merc can do". So i got him out and tanked Izual while he chopped away. Withing minuted and a few visits to Malah he was dead. W00t!

I am going to try the other but i would like some advice on how to take them down, i dont hink my hammers will hold up :\

Izzy is the toughest of the 3. Lilly, bring antidotes, and stack up your poison resists. Durry, bring more merc, equipped for max damage. He is very weak to physical damage, but not much else. Even with your hammerdin, consider trying smite if your hammers aren't doing enough damage.

I did try my hammys smite, he does 2k smite. That was worse. I don't know why my hammers aren't hurting them.

Either you aren't used to facing enemies with that much life and that much magic resists (and absorbs), or your merc may have had crushing blow%, which made him much stronger.

My merc is amazing, he does 2.3k and i think he has open wounds and crushing blow. Ill look to see.

Smiter...just build him. It doesn't have to be godly either. There are cheap uber designed ones out there.

If i cant get past lizzy or duriel ill guess thats what im gonna do.

personally ive never had a problem with izzy [as long as i had merc] or duriell, but lillith has always pwnd the hell out of my PVM hammerdin...be cautious when going against her.

I got my hands on another key set. Turns out i didnt have brain in my inv when i cubed them.
Had to fight izzy again.
I traded my two brains for a Soj though.
No loss.
