Its a mere shadow moving along a wave. We have nothing to evaluate the distance and the size and the speed of the object, so its all very useless. It could be elephant-sized or a mere otter.

Here, I think this is the best video I could find of the event. Only the first 30 secondes are worth watching. For a brief moment at the beginning, we can have an idea of the distance and the speed of the creature. It did look like it was going pretty drat fast.
