i was gona conect today like usually and i got this message ..cant conect u might not beconected to the internet if u are contact the store blah blah tryed 2 hours after still there WTF is that.. cant even go on open west(im in west) why anyone can explain?

Your not connected to your internet... (dialup/dsl/cable etc)... just log on and make ur internet work then u can get on bnet...
