The Happenning (moviespoilers!!!!!)

Fantastic movie. M. Night Shyamalan's first Rated R movie.

When I went into the movie I was wondering how he would do it and what direction he would take it in. I wondered if he would just have violence for the sake of violence. But it wasn't like that. It wasn't even outright violent. Soft Core voilence at best with what we are used to (saw, rambo, zombie movies).

This movie needed the violence to fully work. I have never been so.... creeped out by watching a movie. The whole atmosphere of this movie is so well done, the acting is superb for what is going on.

In the first 5 minutes my heart rate was already beatin my ribs up.


A thing I really like about this movie is they explain FULLY!!! Why and How everything happened. If you don't know why all the human's start dying than you didn't pay as good attention as you should of.


But with every great movie there are bad parts.

Only one thing I didn't like about this movie.And that is how they portrayed the wind, yes the WIND.... The only thing that made me say "that's stupid"

And what happened to the 2 teenagers, seemed abit much but I still enjoyed it.

Otherwise, it was stupid.

just watched it, id say im pretty much neutral if it was a good movie or not, it had its ups and downs like any movie.
