The cloaked trigger dosnt work

Ok well i created all the Cloak the Bunker triggers....and it dosnt work expect for when i build the supply depot on the location where i placed it...i tried to make the loaction bigger but it dosnt work then....what should i do?
Can somone e-mail me the trigger file with only the Cloaking triggers....i can do the rest....im not sure i got it EXACLY right....the think telling me how to do it waznt to percise on everything so it was hard to tell what it was saying.....Can somone explain it very clearly for me...or send me the Triggers...I need to get this right
