The 9th Player Hack (Just A Question)

If I use the 9th Player Hack, which allows me to use the hidden 9th Player; will everyone see the 9th Player? I want to use it for a UMS Multiplayer Map with it. So the following questions: Can I use it in a Multiplayer map? Will the ppl in the game room see the 9th player? Will a human be able to use the 9th Person? Thank You.

Player 9 will be seen by all players inside the game, but you cannot play as player number 9. And also, there are a total of 13 players. And this is not a HACK.
