That little sidebar thing...

I was wondering, it's new, isn't it? I've noticed that ever since it came around Battleforums just keps freezing on -both- of my computers. I think it's that sidebar. :-/ Isn't there a skin that doesn't have the damn thing?

I also have beening getting an error sometimes when I come to BF since the bar came on the site.
