Do the normal heros go higher than 10 in TFT ??

they may in custom games, sometimes up to lvl 100... but ladder, they are capped at 10.

In FT you also can't level your hero up past lvl 5 on neutrals like you could in RoC. Sucks balls.

Now, imagine a Demon Hunter at Level 25..... My guess is that it has enough Agility to have a machine gun attack rate..... With Metamorphosis it's millions of exploding balls..... The game would become a DotA 'best hero wins' with heroes with 6 Orbs running around doing one-hit-kills.....

OK, I'm overreacting, but it's capped at Level 10 (as the default). You can modify the maximum level in the World Editor for each individual map in Gameplay Constants.*

not counting the stupid armor he would have because of his high agility... like 70% damage reduction..

now imagine him near a potm with lvl 3 trueshot, a tauren chieftain with lvl 3 endurance, bloodlusted and unholy frenzied. YEAH, this would be DotA. :rainfro

No, but TFT allows you to edit Gameplay Constants to extent the level of not only the unit, but also the Hero Max level.
