Tell me if i'm right or wrong on how occy rings COULD be deleted.

ok well i found out earlir this week that they COULD be deleted along with all other bugged items because they DON"T have an ID number unlike normal SOJs but this would mean that also the LEGIT bugged items would go poof....

Bugged items didn't just come out of some1s azz... some1 had to find em. so in essence they would be "legit" as in not gotten by any means of hacking.

Final Warrior, we're talking about items with bugged stats; for example an SOJ that has oculus stats on it. Items spawned before the 1.08 patch cannot be identified as duplicates because blizzard did not make them spawn with permanent id numbers. Items after 1.08 have permanent id numbers and are detectable if they are duped, so if youre ever duping sojs and they start getting deleted its because the original is post-1.08. Only a mean bastard would flame you for not knowing whats goin on =)
