TeamBotting Setup with D2jsp Help Please

ive tried everything:/ ill show what i have and hopefully someone can help....

YAM_TeamBotting.d2l
Leaders.push("Meow_Hammer");
Helpers.push("Woof_Hammer");

These are the CORRECT Names even Cap Sensitive (meow is the Guy who Runs there and casts portal)

The MEOW (leader) works FINE, however the Helper (woof) Doesnt join... he either Sits in CHAT endlessly, or Makes his Own Games and just sits in town.....

the following are the Configs..

This is the HELPER (Woof)

This is The LEADER (Meow)

i have Public mode 2 so others can join aswell,
the Leader works fine as far as i can see he even msgs friends list to the other character, however he does not join
he either makes his own games, or sits in the chat depending how i change stuff...
for the settings above he Makes his OWN games and just sits in the Town.
