Tal ammy in norm??

ok i made a game to do norm meph for a quest...finally after more ppl joined we got down to durance3 and killed him...he dropped a bunch of magic items and one set ammy...it turned out to be tal ammy...is that even possible

...if u dont believe me thats fine but i know wut i got

its not possible to find anything in norm, but i donno it might be possible for tals ammy, it wasnt a glitch if it dropped

and item lvl is.. 68..

so how is it possible to get carrion in norm baal.. u sure u werent in nm or hell?

if u look at www.d2data.net tal's amulet can drop in normal and that's actually the easiest difficulty to find it in that's y most people have a hard time finding it cuz they mf in hell
