Syphon filter

So yeah. I loved this game, so long ago. I remember this game came out a little after Metal Gear Solid, and we were all like comparing the games and shit. I mean it's obvious this game is completely different. I own Syphon Filter 2, and having recently *cough*downloaded*cough* Syphon Filter 3 (tho i havent palyed it yet) I still remember a couple things about the game. When Syphon filter 2 was out, me and an old friend of mine used to spend ours practacing to kill eachother. He preferd the sniper, and I preferd the rocket launcher. Fun times, fun times.

It was fun, had a fairly good story line, and surprisingly had pretty good voice acting (if you wnat to hear a really funny voice acting on a playsation game, watch the opening of Resident Evil directores cut.) Plus the gameplay was pretty good, tho sometimes repetative. The levels were also pretty well designed.

Now I heard there was a PS2 version, but immediately dismissed it on two basis. a) Logan wasn't in it and b) It was geared for online play.

So anyone else play the original 3 games?

Yeah, the guy with the flamethrower was pretty tought the first time around. I still remember being burned so many times.

remember the train lvl where the girl runs away at the start ( it was a LONNNNNGGG tunnel ) if you were fast enough you could snipe her in the head and pass the lvl ^^

The subway?
I remember playing the subway running along then WHAM the whole ****ing thing blew up and you had to escape a burning subway while fighting enemys, that was tight.

no, it was the 2nd time you were in the subway...

its confusing, but its AFTER you went through the blew up tunnel

Yeah, I remember that. You had to chase her down the thing. ><

I think the highlight of most of those games were running out of the burning buildings that liked to show up.
