Preface:
This is for useast Ladder. It is very powerful and kill meph pretty quick.

Ok, here is how she's built:

Step I

Skills

Cold Spells

Icebolt: Max (Synergy)
Iceblast: max (Syenergy)
Glacial Spike: Max (Syneragie)
Frost Nova: 1 (Passage Skill)
Blizzard: Max (Your main skill)
Cold Mastery: Pedning on level. Max if you go to 85. (use skill quests)


Lightning Spells


Telekinesis: 1 (prequinties)
Teleport: 1

Fire Spells

Warmth: 1 (Regenerates Mana, u will get enough Skills with Items)

Step II

Stats


Strength: Enough to wear Items
Dexterity: Enough for Maxblock
Vitality: All Remaining Stats!
Energy: Nothing


Step III

Items


Helmet: Shako(for mf)

Armor: Best mf armor you can find, even though tal rashas' is probably the one.

Weapon1:Occy, because it gives good caster rate

Weapon2: Lidless wall

Gloves: Chance guards (mf)

Boots: War traverl's (mf)

Belt: Spiderweb Sash (Mana, +1 Skill , FC)

Amulet: Any mf amulet if fine

Rings: 2 Sojs


Now that you're only lev 85 you have completed my build.

Using it correctly, You'll do 7k per shard.
