Switching to East, Need help!

Well Europe was my home. I had so many good memorise there! But now it is too laggy for me and I must switch to east (My cable modem won't work well on europe all the sudden ). I started out on east in 1.09 but it got too bugged up so I moved to europe. And now I need someones help to get me started on europe, it would mean alots to me. Thank you!
