Survey - What would you like in Footmen Frenzy

Icedragon and I are currently building a footmen frenzy (Footmen Frenzy - Subzero Edition). I wanted to create the survey asking this question:

What would you like to have in a Footmen Frenzy to make it the most enjoyable and possibly balanced brand?

Things would be like:
Make a new avalanche hero
Recreate the Sceptor of Shockwaves
Make better towers
Make new races

I will not accept stupid suggestions. I want to make a fair game for a chance. Why you ask? I am kinda getting sick of HatoUP's version so much.

I would like to not have another Footie wars plaguing the TFT Custom Maps. Seriously, quit now, and work on something original, not something thats been done 60x. I'm sorry but I doubt if I'll even play it.

I'm just sick fo the lack of originilaity, it's all TDs, Footie Wars, Tags, or DotAs.

Yeah, well the reason those footies suck was because of imbalances in the first place. Like Avalanche walks into base with immo cloak, bye bye units.

Paladin goes DS for 180 seconds, bye bye undead!


I want to build a frenzy that isn't like that, plus its to get a little more going in mapmaking. Back in Starcraft I made 2 melee maps and made one custom map. Heck I made a unreal tourney map (almost) in warcraft III. Looked good and everything, but I wasn't able to finish it (got stuck on trigs and bad suggestions)! I guess I could restart that when I am done!

The only real trigger issues were item placements. Also, being invincible when you come back to life!

It's not that they suck, it's that they lack originality, and you're not seeing my point. My point is DO SOMETHING ORIGINAL not the same old shit that gets churned out from the factory, be an individual, stand out, not another Footie Wars please.

A balanced game wont' fix the fact that there are 50 zillino ****ing footie maps.

I am well aware of the fact there are 50 million Footie Frenzies out there, almost all of them are imbalanced. And I got your point completely, I'll get rid of this map first before I find something original to make. Besides, even if any maps work out, its not like anyone is going to play them. Everyone is just gonna dota and make other maps loook like garbage.

You are not, I was thinking of making a deathmatch series after these maps are completed. It will be awesome if I can make good balancing and such.
Still any suggestions for this map would be nice, I am making custom heroes too so they are of my original work , plus I used Icecrown terrian and I am adding 3 new races. So really I am taking a factory spewed idea and adding more "parts" that people never really bothered doing.

Footies needs 2 things from my perspective only playing 2 versions of it ever both of which being 3.5 and 3.8.
1)Needs to be balenced
2)Needs more varity of races
*which Subzero will have *

from the looks of it i dont think it'll be all that balanced, but things can shift around :morph

yes I will be doing quite a bit of shifting around. I am on Hero #26 as I speak.

The real balance challenges involved:

Blademaster, Firelord (Incinerate and Volcano), Dark Ranger (skeletons), Paladin (HL and DS), Kagegetsu (Shounetsujigoku (FS)), Ookamizu (Blue Fog), Quezacoatl, Muk (Toxic), Blackey.

However, I must close this thread because this thread was released long ago and WoodPencil doesn't know what he is doing. Don't revive threads that are either past pg 3 and the last post was like 1 month ago.
