Supreme Question

i have been making a supreme and i ran into another problem when i hit a 99 there health disapers and stays at 1 and they will not die. Another problem i am having is that my chance to block is negitve 5667889 and i have changed sheild moved around stats but it just stays the same and my defence is not negitve.
PLEASE HELP IMMEDINTLY!!!!!!!!!

Okay wut i am talking about is that im a supreme and when i attack level 99 character there health goes to 1 and when i hit them again it stays at 1 and they will not die.

Okay the 2nd question is that i am a supreme and my defence is not negitve but my chance to block is negitve sum where in the millions negitve and peepa always hit me is there any way to fix this.and i have tried to change around my stats and change sheilds but it still stays the same


IS THERE N E WAY TO FIX THESE!!!!!!!!!!!
