Supreme items and characters ??

i have herd of these supreme characters with over 1 billion lvl and weapons that have over 1 billion damage. Is this true? if so does anyone know how to get the editor to make this shit

Of course its true and its also quite easy i can make a lvl 1 zon and use the starting equipment she has and make her over lvl 2 billion and she will do billions of damage..one problem there really glitchy..so just make a lvl 14 and make there stats like 2 billion then use a decent wepon and its crazy..and leave me ur email and ill send u the editor and some character samples i have made if u want..and if u trust in me!
