Its called "Hyper Trigger" not super. Yes, when a Hyper is in a map, it causes the default one game second wait to be voided. In other words, a hyper makes the game hyper. Could that be why its called a Hyper maybe?

Making one is easy, follow these steps, or experiment with them to find a why you like better.

Requirements:
One to two free players. Best to use Player 7 and/or 8.

Conditions
Always

Actions
Wait 0 milliseconds (x60)
Preserve

In Actions, you can have a MAX of 64, best to use 60 waits and the preserve. Copy that WHOLE trigger 5-10 times, there you go, you now have a Hyper Trigger (Super *rollseyes*) in your map.

NOTE: Do not have ANY other triggers for those players that contain Waits. It will cause it to really mess things up.

Oh yeah, take a look at the attached map to see how to set things up. Hope this helps.

You don't need to have more than 3. Mathematically, 1 Hyper Trigger will last approximately 5 seconds before havving the two second delay time of conventional triggers. Two will last 5 and a half minutes, and three will last more than three days, that's if you have 62 waits per Hyper Trigger.

This is true. The more the better though! Why? Why not!? :D

Heh, it would be cool if someone made a map that lasted for 100+ hours, you just have to keep saving and playing a little every day, :p

All you would have to do is make 10 hyper triggers, it would last for as long as anyone would want to play a game. Plus, if I'm correct, StarCraft pauses during single player mode when minimized. If your game was multiplayer, though, then it would work, but seriously, who wants to play a game for XXXXX hours?

Hyper Triggers apply only to the players they run for.

The major problem is that, for that player or those players, their other Wait actions get distorted. A popular way to counter this is to use Death counts in lieu of Waits.

Knowing that Hyper Triggers make all other triggers repeat about 12 (11.8) times a second, you can use 12 death counts = 1 game second to avoid using Waits completely.

Hyper Triggers will decrease the time between running through the trigger list for everyone, so it will increase the speed of preserved trigger for everyone, no matter if everyone owns Hyper Triggers or not.
