[glow=black]I'm usually not in the heat that much, and if I am, I'm swimming. I live in AZ so it's ridiculously hot here, but my work is like 70 degrees most of the time and I keep my house at 72.[/glow]

Even in Hawaii I wear long sleeves and pants most of the time. Mainly because I'm not used to being so close to the sun and a month earlier I learned my lesson about not wearing any sun protection.

As for cooling off, drink a lot of water. It helps.
