okay, with 20 stat points,

i have 58 strenght? should i get more strength (this is pvp bone)

should i use "spirit" (would be made from monarch btw) or homonculus?

i wouldnt put too much into str or dex, necro gear required very low str

a circlet

all very low str, and if you use enigma you should not need str at all
