STR and DEX glitch?

I saw a zon today that had a shit load of def...I asked her what she was using to make her def go up so much and she said that she was using dex glitch.She also said it had something to do with a anni? anyone know how to do this?

nope just puts alot of +dex shit on or shes lieing...

Shes a Dexazon, high defense, and damage, but if someone does have enough AR to hit her, shes dead.
