Stim Pack Beacon Trigger

I am trying create a trigger so that when I move a scv, drone, or whatever to a beacon, all marines in the map use stimpack. I have looked over the “Run AI Script at Location†a million times & have been unable to find one. Of course I have looked at other triggers in actions but have been unsuccessful. Please help.

There is no trigger to cause stimpack for marines, it is only through personal control.
