Sticky proposal

Just like SC UMS, I think we could condense all the stickies into one sticky and close it. That way, it would enable more space for stuff like Map Development rules and maybe the FAQ and Downloads section.

Anyway, that would just conufse things IMO. The stickies, while many, are all of different things, although a couple of my stickies can be taken down seeing as Darimus has quoted them.
