Steam cd key problem

HEllo.
i registered with my cd key on steam some time ago...and i forgot my account etc...is there a way steam will send me the account name password to the e mail i am registered on?
cuz i have no idea what my pass is....

When the login screen pops up, click "Reset Password...", type in your email (the one your account uses), and check it for a new password.

Also, for security reasons, you should make your password different from your email's password. That way, if someone takes your password/account and changes it, you'll still be able to get it back.
