Static Field in MEPH and Pindle

Hi everybody, I finnaly made my MF sorc, and i have 2 questions:

If i use static field in JED pindle, he will hit the pindle courtyard, but not pindle how to fix? And how should i make to hit meph with static field???
should be like that?

attack meph ["Static Field" 3, 10 (should it be lower??? the range? or not?), 400]
