I don't remember the site name but go to the bottom of the SC UMS forum.
Search up:
Starforge
And find a thread labeled: Starforge - The new map editor
go to it. Go to one of the last posts on the last page and click on the picture for the user:
Heimdal.

I'm sure someone here has the site bookmarked.

Also, keep in mind. Starforge isn't perfect right now. Far from it actually, but it's got the ideas. I still suggest using a combo of SCXE,SCMDraft, And GUEdit.

If it says you're still missing files go to microsoft and look up the .dlls.

hmm yes, but I don't think that any of the files should be missing...actually I believe you can dl some of the .dll's on his site...
