I dunno I downloaded the first one I forget what its called but it doesn't work with Windows NT which means it doesn't work with Windows XP.

Emerald is incredibly outdates now, there are much more useful StarEdits out there now, but Emerald 2 (PC version)

It's a mod to the Campaign Editor, not a hack.
