Yeah.

If you beat ROC on hard, u get a peak at some SC units in the warcraft engine. the xtraeditor allows you to add zerglings, hydralisks, marines and space Grunts.

Yes, the space grunts are quite bitchin. You should try to play NOTD or atleast I think that's what it's called.. or Vietnam. Two good peaks for ya at the SC characters.

There are also many other funny things like a cube with someone's head on it. :)

The FT editor has those as hidden strings for units, I believe, after just about everyone installed the Xtra Editor (for RoC).

actually from what iver read those units are actually hidden within the campain as well. you save the marine or the hydralisk and they become part of your army.

In one of the Night Elf campaigns, if you knock down some trees somewhere with your Balistae, I believe you will meet some Hydralisks.

Unfortunately, they are Neutral Hostile so you will have to fight them. :)

Whatever happened to that SC Mod that was coming out for WC3? That at one time looked promising.

That's like very old. They use the models in a lot of TD maps.

There's one NE mission in TFT (I think) in which you can knock down some trees to get to a hydralisk that joins your army. It's the one in which you have to continualy avoid the doom guards. Second mission, I think. No matter..... In the upper right corner of the map, above the undead base, you can destroy some trees to get to the hydra. It's pretty strong, and helps nicely.

It's in the second (I think) Night Elf RoC campaign level. The one where you have to evade those demons with the Priestess of the Moon, in order to arrive to another town, or whatever. There's a place there that you can use your Ballistiae to chop down the trees, and you'll get to one Hydralisk that is not Neutral Hostile, but will be part of your team if you get someone near it. He's strong, and will help you in that mission, by fighting.

I've never seen a space grunt, though. Anyone has an image?
