what is a good editor to make stacking triggers?
o and can scmdraft make triggers if so how and can it make stack triggers?

The best editor for stacking triggers... As in lights on lights off? That would be SC X-tra Editor, found in this thread.

SCMDraft cannot make triggers, it is a beta version of it. However, SCMDraft 2 is being updated daily, once it is finished it will be able to make triggers for you. Same goes with StarForge.
