Update the definitions.
Unregister the .dll files so that they can be deleted.
Restart the computer in Safe mode or VGA mode.
Delete the installation folder C:\Program Files\Srng.
Run a full system scan and delete any files detected as Sypware.Shopnav.
Delete the value that was added to the registry.
How do I do the second line, unregister .dll files? I've had so many different viruses or things like this where "access is denied" because I can't delete .dll files or certain .exe files.

But anyways, can someone tell me how to unregister .dll files?

It involves going into the dll program and changing the scripting of what it contains, it can be very difficult and dangerous to the computer if you flunk it.

I do not how to actaully change it, but you can search www.google.com under unregistering .dll files and it should bring something up, but i found forum stuff

Boot into safe mode and delete all the files that are infected.

I just use some program that does it for me most of the time... try ad-aware, that one seems to work pretty well. Just search for it on downloads.com.
