anyone remember this game? im 18, and when iw as young i use to see it in the stores, i loved playing it.
the character you played was basically a jason nockoff in appearence... this was the story:
trying to make things short and sweet for the explination, basically, you and your girlfriend are ...wuts teh word.. (one sec gogo google...) parasychologists or some such (i think ghost study ppl) and your doing a term paper over this scientists that was supposidly doing strange experements, making monsters and whatnot... wellw hent hey walk in the door closes, its pitch black, rick (you) hears his gf (cant remember her name) scream, then he gets hit on the head and nocked out, he wakes up on a operation table in one of the hospital outfits (note his clothes) with this mask stuck on his face...and he cant get it off...he goes off to find his gf, and ont he way he finds out this mask is giving him strength....
the original splaterhouse was on arcade only, but moved to the Turbografx-16 later
splaterhouse 2 came to the genesis, i never owend them though...but id like to
from waht i remember, his mask was red...but from the screenshots ive found it look slike a hockeymask =/
anyoen remember htis?
*edit* did some googling cause i KNEW i rememebered a red mask: turns otu the US version of htis game changed the white mask to red (most likely cause of the jason resemblance)

i just found out why i never knew it was for the genises, cause it wasnt. it was made for the "Sega mega drive" (no clue wut that is, i know of the sega cd and sega 32x, but no mega drive...) also i just ofund a mini comic thing (i remember seeing this in an old comic book a few years ago)
