That's Presence of Mind getting bugged, and not disappearing after he casts fireball over and over.

Goddamn, next they need to make a bug where Clearcast persists indefinately to compliment that. Haha.

Personally it was wayyy better when it was just a 3min duration with infinite charges. 20 is bullshit imo.

Inner focus is the no mana cost next spell or something. If you activate it, it makes a ****ing annoying sound while you wait to use your next spell. A few guildies spam it when it's up to piss me off >.>
