Yes but it comes with money, and time, you need to download programs onto your server and stuff to do that, gravity, no clip, godmode is all basic admin commands in the sever, thats when you buy it atleast..

you need plugins to get hook mod.. you just dl it and start a lan game... use console commands to change gravity etc

last time I tried, wc mod didnt work for me..

and to change gravity, I think it was sv_gravity [insert numbers here] I think in console, you should know all the commands for console, its found in CS official site Ithink.. or google.

Everything you need to make your server "cool". My suggestion: don't overdo it with the plugins. A lot of CS 1.6 servers are completely ruined by excess plugins. I blame AMXMod. CS was fine with AdminMod.
