Unit- move triggering unit instantly to (region)

Event- Map Initiazation

Conditions- none

Actions- Quest- creat a required quest titeld (whatever you want)

Event- Periodic event OR elapsed game time

Conditions- None

Actions- *i think it is in game* create an explicit message for (all players) the test: BOB!
